Robotic Bending Cell offers mid-level automation.
ThomasNet
Combining PPEB or Easy-Form® Series CNC press brake with multi-axis Kuka robot, RoboCell handles small to medium-sized components in capacities of 80-110 ton bending force and 2.5 or 3.0 m table configurations. It can automatically load, form, and stack finished parts in unmanned process. Easy-Form® Laser system tracks parts during bending, providing real-time angle measurements. All functions are controlled through instructions from integrated off-line programming software.

Staged Bending Tooling completes multiple bends in one setup.
ThomasNet
Designed to minimize setup time for multi-stage bends on press brakes, European-style Staged Bending Tooling allows one press brake operator to carry out complex series of bends in one machine setup. Products incorporate built-in common shut heights and enable 30° offset, gooseneck, and other tools to be installed in succession in one press brake without possibility of punches and dies colliding.
